The Zhejiang LAB Nanhu Headquarters Smart Operation BIM Operation Platform Function Enhancement Project aims to improve and perfect the existing platform construction work, mainly involving the optimization of existing functional scenarios and functions, the construction of new business scenarios, the addition and modification of equipment information after renovation, on-site fixed on-site operation and maintenance support services, etc., to ensure high-quality delivery and efficient operation of the smart park operation and management platform. On the premise of the existing platform construction, the upgrading project is divided into three parts:
1. Optimization and improvement of existing modules: adding devices such as video surveillance system, air conditioning system (including VRF), intelligent lighting system, etc., while optimizing and improving systems such as intelligent security AI alarm, wireless patrol system, FM client data management, etc.
2. New functional modules: Code feedback (restaurant), space and equipment management, department management, BIM model construction, smart security, smart restaurant, smart property, smart facilities and energy, smart transportation, operation and maintenance mobile terminal, IT work order system improvement, new equipment input and other functional optimizations.
3. BIM platform maintenance and technical support. Used for on-site BIM operation platform problem inspection, optimization, and system maintenance.
